MODALITY A — Direct Transaction Between Members

Under this modality, transactions are conducted exclusively between the buyer and the seller, without the participation or supervision of Jewelry Martin.

Applicable conditions:

•       Jewelry Martin does NOT act as an intermediary, escrow agent, or guarantor.

•       No verification of identity, authenticity, payments, shipments, or references is performed.

•       The buyer and the seller are solely responsible for negotiating, paying, and shipping.

•       All transactions are conducted at the exclusive risk of the participants.

•       By operating under this modality, you release Jewelry Martin and the group administrators from any liability for any loss, fraud, dispute, or damage.

•       Conduct your own due diligence before sending funds or merchandise.

Considering that online sales systems can often be exploited for fraud, Jewelry Martin has developed an Escrow system.
This ensures transparency in the buying and selling of High-End Watches and guarantees that neither the buyer nor the seller loses money.

MODALITY B — Escrow Service by Jewelry Martin

Under this modality, Jewelry Martin acts as a neutral and trusted third party between the buyer and the seller, holding both the item and the payment until confirming that both parties fulfill their agreement.

Step-by-step process:

1.    The seller ships the item physically to Jewelry Martin in Miami before receiving any payment.

2.    Jewelry Martin confirms physical receipt of the item and verifies that it matches the description posted in the group.

3.    The buyer sends the payment to Jewelry Martin in USD or USDT. This includes the watch price + the 1.5% commission. Jewelry Martin confirms receipt and validity of the funds.

4.    Once the item and payment have been verified, Jewelry Martin ships the item to the buyer and transfers the funds to the seller, deducting the applicable 1.5% commission.

ESCROW SERVICE

With the goal of providing greater security and confidence in group transactions, Jewelry Martin offers an Escrow (custody) service for the buying and selling of luxury watches.

How does it work?

Seller Submission

Prior to shipping, the seller must provide:

• Real and current photos of the watch (high quality)
• Continuous video showing all angles of the watch
• Detailed description:
• Brand and model
• Declared condition
• Included accessories

Reception and Verification

Once the watch is received, Jewelry Martin performs:

• Verification visual and comparative against:
• Photos
• Video
• Submitted description

 IMPORTANT:
Jewelry Martin does NOT perform:

• Technical Verification
• Opening of the watch
• Functionality testing
• Authenticity certification

 Buyer Payment

Once visual matching is confirmed, the buyer must send payment to Jewelry Martin:

• Methods: USD or USDT
• Payment must include:
• Watch Price
• Commission of 1.5%

The Payment will be verified before proceeding with the transaction

Transaction Release

Once verified:

• The watch (reception and visual coinsidence)
• The pay (confirmed fund)

We proceed to:

• Ship the watch to the buyer
• Release payment to the seller (deducting 1.5% commission)

Shipping Requirements — MANDATORY:

All shipments to and from Jewelry Martin under this modality must meet the following requirements without exception:

•       Mandatory insured courier: the item must be shipped exclusively via a courier service that includes insurance for the declared value of the item.

•       Mandatory tracking number: all shipments must include an active tracking number, which must be shared with Jewelry Martin immediately after dispatch.

•       No shipment will be accepted without insurance or tracking. Jewelry Martin reserves the right to reject items that do not meet these requirements.

•       Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Commission of servicio:

A commission of 1.5% is applied to the sale value of the item, deducted from the amount transferred to the seller at the close of the transaction and added to the watch price for the buyer. This commission covers the physical verification of the item, custody of the payment, and management of the shipment.

For the buyer:

•       1 - Knows the item exists and is real before paying.

•       2 - Knows the item matches the published description.

•       3 - Does not lose money if there is a discrepancy.

•       4 - Fraud is prevented.

For the seller:

•       1 - Confirms payment is real before dispatching the item.

•       2 - Does not lose the item without receiving payment.

•       3 - Transaction protected from start to finish.

General Rules of Participation

•       This group is a private platform for authorized members only.

•       Only the listing and sale of authentic luxury watches and jewelry is permitted.

•       Posting of counterfeit, stolen, or dubious-origin items is strictly prohibited.

•       Administrators reserve the right to remove members who violate these rules.

•       Participation in the group implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

•       These terms may be updated. Changes will be communicated to all members.
